Personnel

Good personnel are essential for any guesthouse be successful.

We have 4 permanent staff members, 2 temporary workers helping on weekends and then our gardener and maintenance engineer, Jabu Mabasu, my right-hand man.

Keslina Thela has been working with me since 1986 and her cooking skills are exceptional. Her traditional farm cooking has spoiled many guests.

Ellen Mcongwane has a calm and steady way of doing things and is in charge of washing dishes and laying tables. She also likes to do the flower arrangements in the dining room.

Samaria Mabasu has the hardest job, washing and ironing all the lovely crisp white linen.

Delile Magagula,  is also one of Florence's cleaning specialists.

At the end of every year all staff are treated to lunch and shopping in town.
