Wildflower walks

Time of year
In the summer months from August to February the farm boasts a splendid array of veld flowers. We have identified 7 wild orchids and a many other species of beautiful grassland flowers.

If you’re a guest you are welcome to roam on the farm, enjoying the veld and the flowers. Each room is provided with a map of the farm, you are welcome to use it, to walk everywhere on the farm, or else stay on the trails provided.

Wild Flower Guides
 In Chrissiesmeer we have local Nature lovers, and people with a very good knowledge of the wild flowers in the district.
The guides are able to take guests on a wildflower walk and/or drive at any time during the flower season., We will arrange everything  if you wish us to do so. 
The costs will be R100 per group and R20 per person per day.
