Metode: Kook patats met skil gaar in sout water. Skil af en sny in dun skywe. Plaas helfte van botter in bakskottel. Strooi helfte van suiker oor, pak laag patats, dan laag piesangskywe en laag krummels. Herhaal lae. Plaas deksel op en bak in warm oond vir 45 minute.

Plaas helfte van botter in bakskottel.

GINGER SWEET POTATO BAKE
Ingredients: Salt................................................12.5ml Sweet Potatoes.............................1kg Brown sugar..................................125ml Banana (large)...............................4 Ginger Biscuits, crushed …..........1 Packet Butter..............................................50ml * Baking dish with lid. Preparation: Boil unpeeled sweet potatoes, in salt water. Peel and cut sweet potato in thin slices. Place 25ml butter in baking dish. Sprinkle 60ml sugar over, alternately layer sweet potato, banana slices and ginger biscuit crumbs. Repeat layers. Place lid on baking dish and bake in warm oven for 45 minutes.
